Fact: It is preventive than curative. It becomes more effective for chronic diseases. Yoga is not a medicine; it's a lifestyle.
Fact: Yoga practices are not the dose of antibiotics which will have few days course. It cannot be expected to get magic through yoga for chronic diseases by joining a course of few months or days. Culturing of yogic attitude is necessary to get desired effects.
Fact: Yes, it has no side effects but only if done under proper guidance; if done wrongly then it may cause side effects or becomes injurious. Impulsive way of learning through any random YouTube videos or websites without guidance can cause damage so you need proper direction from a Yoga Guru or trained Yoga teacher with experience.
Fact: In Yoga, the point is to start your journey at the gross level, i.e. the body but actual goal of yoga is physical and mental stability. Yoga asanas are just one aspect of this holistic system which are from simple to complex posturers.
Fact: In reality, the truth is anyone can do Yoga. All that is required is an open mindset.
